Meet Gorman A Thomas

A native of the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies and raised by his amazing parents, Michael and Margaret Thomas.  Gorman migrated to the USA in 1996 to fulfill his dreams of pursing basketball, but GOD had other plans.

After accepting JESUS CHRIST as his Savior, Gorman realized that God was pulling him out from the old familiar path of life and into something that was very new. He developed a passion for the WORD of GOD (his favorite scripture being Psalm 24) as well as the people of GOD while spreading the gospel of JESUS CHRIST to all people. One of his fundamental principles for life is to show love for others just as GOD loves you.

He accepted the call to preach the WORD of GOD in March 2009 and received his license to preach the Gospel in October 2010 under Dr. Reginald L. Hudson.  After 6 years, he was ordained as a Elder under the teaching of Bishop David G. Evans on March 20, 2016.  

In 2022, Gorman pioneered The Glory House Ministries, New Rochelle, New York, and he has seen the hand of GOD demonstrated time and time again as the ministry continues to grow and become established in the community. He is committed to working with his membership, especially the youth, by training and developing them to fulfill the call of GOD in the work of the ministry.
